Decorated in an authentic Provençal style, the house combines timeless charm with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful open views and the peaceful surroundings.

a living and dining area with a TV, opening onto the terrace;
an equipped kitchen with an adjoining utility room;
two air-conditioned bedrooms with storage: one with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), the other with three single beds (90 × 200 cm), including one pull-out bed;

The house is accessed via approximately ten steps. A private parking space and Wi-Fi are included.

The secure Les Mas de Gigaro estate extends over 40 hectares and offers:

a supervised communal swimming pool, open from June to September (€10 per person per week, free for children under 7);
four tennis courts available by reservation (€40 per week);
a clubhouse.

Gigaro Beach, with its sandy beaches, restaurants, convenience store, bakery and international newsstand, is around a 15-minute walk away. The hiking trails of the Cap Lardier National Park are just moments from the property.
