Gigaro, beautiful one bedroom house 450m from Gigaro beach

Charming single-storey, air-conditioned house of approximately 55 sqm, ideal for a peaceful stay in Gigaro. It can accommodate 2 to 5 guests, but its layout makes it not realy suitable for two couples. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the house offers a calm and relaxing environment.

The house features a living room with TV and an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, freezer and washing machine. There is one separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200). Above the living area, a low mezzanine provides additional sleeping space with three comfortable mattresses. The mezzanine is accessed by a ladder and is not suitable for young children; due to limited ceiling height, it is better suited to teenagers than adults.

A shower room, separate toilets and a storage room complete the layout.

The house is single-storey, with access from the parking area via approximately ten steps. Gigaro Beach is about 500 metres away on foot, as is the shared swimming pool of Les Mas de Gigaro. One private parking space is available nearby.

A simple and pleasant house, well located to enjoy Gigaro, the beach and the surrounding nature, in a quiet and green setting.

* Access to the swimming pool : supervised and paying : € 10 per person per week, free for children under 7. 4 tennis courts : € 40 per week + € 20 security deposit.
Registration and reservation to be seen directly at the Club House of Mas de Gigaro.
Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price. The keys will be handed over at the agency between 4pm and 6pm or depending on the availability of the accommodation.
