Located in the sought-after Bougainvillées area within the Mas de Gigaro estate, this mas offers a pleasant and peaceful holiday setting, with a large garden and a lovely sea view. It can accommodate up to six guests and is particularly well suited to a couple with children or two couples wishing to stay together in comfortable conditions.

The house features two bedrooms, one of which includes a mezzanine, as well as two shower rooms and two toilets, providing a practical layout for a shared stay. The sleeping areas are air-conditioned. One bedroom is fitted with a double bed, while the second is arranged over two levels and includes two trundle beds and two single beds, a layout well suited to children or teenagers.

The mas is equipped for a comfortable stay, with a television, dishwasher and washing machine. There is step-free access from the parking area to the property, making arrival and access easy. Its location allows guests to enjoy the estate’s facilities with ease: the tennis courts are just 100 metres away, the communal swimming pool is approximately 1,200 metres away, and Gigaro beach can be reached on foot or by bike at around 1,500 metres. An inviting base from which to enjoy the Saint-Tropez peninsula and the relaxed lifestyle of Gigaro.

Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price. The keys will be handed over at the agency between 4pm and 6pm or depending on the availability of the accommodation.

The village of La Croix Valmer is situated on the Gulf of St Tropez, nestled in the heart of 300 hectares of beautiful protected natural landscape, boasts a total of 6km of magnificent beaches proud of their Blue Flag (Pavillon Bleu) status, each with its own character, and extensive vineyards (some of the best AOC Côtes de Provence). The village has all the facilities you need during your holiday; grocers, butchers, bakers, boutiques, post office, bank, chemist, restaurants, not forgetting a comprehensive programme of concerts and evening entertainment (in season). It also boasts one of the best Provençal weekly markets in the area.
The surrounding area offers activities and entertainment for all ages and tastes. For those who wish to keep car use to a minimum there are free shuttle buses in season to take you to the village centre and beaches.
