Provencal farmhouse with beautiful 100m2 terrace and panoramic sea view for a maximum of 5 people.

On one level, this farmhouse has a double living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, two air conditionned bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, pantry.

Bedding: double bed 160x200, 3x90x200 and 135x190 sofa bed in the living room.

The living area is approximately 70 m².

Dishwasher, washing machine, television are available in this farmhouse.
It is located in the Mas de Gigaro residence, 5 minutes' walk from the residence swimming pool (for a fee) and 1200 m from the beach.

* Access to the swimming pool: supervised and paying : € 10 per person per week, free for children under 7.
4 tennis courts: € 40 per week + € 20 security deposit.
Registration and reservation to be seen directly at the Club House of Mas de Gigaro.
Household linen, cleaning service and tourist tax are not included in the price. The keys will be handed over at the agency between 4pm and 6pm or depending on the availability of the accommodation.

Covering 32-hectares, with swimming pool and 4 tennis courts, the estate has amazing views and is close to a selection of fine sandy beaches, including the renowned Gigaro Beach. Restaurants and a small supermarket are just 1200m away, offering you all the essentials for a wonderful stay.
